Epstein, David  "People work hard in this City and deserve to have reliable services and fair taxes. This is what I can, and will deliver as your city councillor.

 Responsible with your tax dollars

 Reliable team member of the community

 Fair government for everyone in North York"[1]

"I am a business owner and community activist who understands the value of responsibility, fairness and commitment. I have lived in North York my whole life and love our community. My father passed away before I was one, my mother raised three boys as a dental assistant with the City of Toronto Public Health Dental Services. I grew up knowing the value of hard work and the importance of family and community. I have been able to get an education, start my own business, and give back to the community."[1] David Epstein's fully developed website is http://voteforepstein.com/.  Learn about him and his policy priorities there.
Mitchell, Michael

We don’t have any contact info for Michael Mitchell. If anyone has details, pass them on.

Pasternak, James   "James Pasternak was first elected to Toronto City Council in 2010 as the representative of Ward 10 (York Centre). Previously, James served a four year term as an elected Trustee on the Toronto District School Board. He and his family have been living in Ward 10 for over 25 years. As our community representative, Councillor Pasternak has a proven record as a tireless advocate for fiscal responsibility while defending cherished programs and services. As a result of James’ advocacy Ward 10 has experienced remarkable improvements over the years. Earning the respect, trust and loyalty of his colleagues, James is getting the job done."[1]

Toutchinski, Igor "Enough Uncontrollable City Spending: Let City's Auditor do the job.

Enough Tax Hikes: Freeze property tax rates for four years; Eliminate licence plate fee.

Enough Garbage Strikes: Make garbage pickup an essential service or outsource; Limit unions' power.

Enough Gridlock: Create more bus express routes;
End the TTC monopoly; Use Israeli and European methods by incorporating shared taxis.

Enough Potholes on Roads: As a City Councilor, I will ensure that road repairs in Ward 10 will be one of my top priorities."[1]

"Igor Toutchinski has a deep love and respect for our traditions of peace, order, and good government. He comes by it honestly.
Where he came from, he had none of it.
“I was born and raised in Lvov, Ukraine, during a time when the country was behind the Iron Curtain of communism. Life was not easy. We didn’t have the freedom to say what we wanted, practice the faith we believed in, or live the life we wanted to live. We knew our leaders were doing horrendous things, but as citizens, we were powerless.”
It is this background that drives Igor to public service in Canada. In 1991, Igor escaped the collapse of the Eastern bloc and settled in Toronto. A professional journalist in Lviv, Ukraine, Igor had always dreamed of practicing his craft in freedom, and realized those dreams in Canada. “It was like being re-born.” Within two years of arriving, he started his own media company and has enjoyed a 20-year run as a successful publisher, broadcaster, and CEO."[1]
