Paid time should be honoured, the managers were following policy. However, the policy should be reviewed.

High paid managers shouldn't have been paid overtime. The policy should be revoked and managers who received pay should have to refund it.

Property Taxes: Residential

City property taxes are set based on the total assement of all residential properties as compared with the City of Calgary's total required revenue.  (Note that the property taxes that are paid are a mix of the city property tax and the provincial property tax).
